Properly setting up the ventilation and air conditioning system is an important guarantee for the stable operation of vacuum pipeline garbage collection systems. Taking a garbage collection and transportation project in Shenzhen as an example, based on load analysis, the equipment and pipeline heat dissipation are identified as the main heat sources in this paper. Accordingly, a compound system of mechanical exhaust and multi-split air conditioning is proposed, and an economic operation strategy is established using outdoor temperature (25 ℃) and relative humidity (90%) as multi-condition switching nodes. CFD simulations are used to verify and optimize the ventilation design of key areas such as the distribution room and power fan room. The results show that this design can effectively control the operating environment temperature of the equipment and meet design requirements, providing a systematic solution and practical reference for the ventilation and air conditioning design of high heat-density underground industrial spaces.
